Philip Byrd has a passion for ministering to young people through music and teaching them to use their talents to serve God. Philip became Music Director for Indiana Academy in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Music Education and a Master of Music in Choral Conducting both from Andrews University. Formerly, he conducted choir at the United Presbyterian Church of Cassopolis, Michigan from 2007-2010. Philip has conducted festivals in Indiana, Maryland, and North Carolina.
Philip is married to his best friend, Andrea, and loves spending time with his two-year-old son and his new baby girl.
