Executive Advisory Committee merges all important Communication, Daytime Programming, Services, Main Stage Programming and Security & Medical Committee information into one committee. This committee serves as the highest authority for the 2019 Camporee.
Services/Facilities Advisory Committee gives direction and on-site support to areas such as shower houses, port-o-lets, rentals, camping guidelines, golf carts, etc.
Communications Advisory Committee gives direction and onsite support to 2019 Camporee marketing, website(s), newsletters, on-site newspaper, public & Adventist media relationships/content, post office, translation needs, etc.
Daytime Program Advisory Committee gives direction and onsite support for three areas: off-site & on-site activities, as well as special events.
Safety & Medical Advisory Committee gives direction and on-site support to areas such as medical, perimeter security, parking, traffic control, etc.
Main Stage Program Advisory Committee gives direction and on-site support for all programming that takes place at the main stage assembly area.
